In which countries may I purchase?

In which languages may I search?
The languages to search the pages selected are: Italian, English. Select the domain of your country to order in your language. Currently there are enabled the following domains:

Will I receive the same product shown in the picture?
Yes, but being handmade products there may be slight differences in the finish.

Could some products have different prices according to the different sizes?
Yes, we use two different range of price according to the size:
28/34 first range of price,
35/40 second range of price

How can I retrieve my password if I have forgotten it?
If you have forgotten your password you can request it by going under My Account" in the "Forgotten password". You will receive an e-mail with a new password."

How can I be sure that you I have successfully submitted my order?
After having sent the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation please contact our Customer Care.

Will I be informed about the status of my order?
Yes. Go to the Recent Orders" of your account. Here you can check the status of your order in real time."

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?
Jarrett sells only items in perfect condition. If you should happen to receive an exceptionally defective product please contact our Customer Care.

What can I do if I receive a wrong item?
If you should you receive a wrong item that you ordered please contact our Customer Care.

Payments

Payment may be made only by credit card. Credit cards accepted by Premiata are: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro, JCB. I information requested under Billing Address" must match the address of the credit card used for the purchase

>Why is can credit card be declined?
Your card may be declined for the following reasons: ◦ The card may have expired. Check that your card has not exceeded the expiration date. ◦ You may have reached the limit of the card. Ask your bank if you have exceeded the maximum permissible limit for purchases. ◦ A data set could be false. Check if you have successfully completed all required fields.

Can I receive an invoice on behalf of my company?
Yes. In your personal information simply enter your company in Company". You will always receive an invoice that inclusive of VAT."

Returns

Products purchased online can be returned within 10 days of receipt thereof. The product you wish to return must be in perfect condition. We need to have the purchase receipt and return form duly completed. The reimbursement prices of products will only be returned by crediting the credit card used for purchase. Shipping costs when returning the product will not be refunded. You request a refund as a consignment.

Changes

Products purchased online can be changed within 15 days of receipt thereof. The product you want to change must be in perfect condition. You need proof of purchase and return the form duly completed. You may change a product during delivery (shipping costs of the new product will be charged to the customer).

You may receive it at the address you choose (home, at work, etc. But never to a PO Box).

How long does it take for the arrival of my order?
The delivery times depend on the shipping type you choose. Standard shipments range from three to five working days.

How is delivery made?
We will send you an e-mail with delivery confirmation (once your order has left the warehouse) and the number to monitor the status of your order (with a link to the shipping site)."
